Shipping Regions
We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States (the lower 48 states).
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, outlying islands, or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
Orders to P.O. Boxes are not supported. If a P.O. Box is entered at checkout, the order may be delayed, modified, or canceled.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
Processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods or if inventory is limited.
Shipping Time
Once your order is processed and shipped, standard delivery usually takes 7–9 business days.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier schedules, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Order Cut-Off Time: 05:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York). Orders received after this time will be processed on the next business day.

CRQKTBOK is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, carrier service interruptions, or weather-related events.
