Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will email you the designated return address along with shipping instructions.
Returned items should be packaged securely and include original packaging, labels, and any accessories provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Incorrect Items

Change of Mind
If you decide to return an item due to personal preference, the request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery. In this case, return shipping and service fees apply.
Incorrect Address Provided by Customer
If delivery issues occur due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, return shipping costs and service fees will not be covered.

No restocking fee is charged. However, if returned items are incomplete, damaged, or not in a returnable condition, a partial refund may be issued, or the refund request may be declined.
Refund Policy

Refund Processing Time
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 7 calendar days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase and the order has not yet shipped.
